RUBBER NECKERS, WHY

Biggest menace in today's society other than the government hiding information from the average american citizen (just ask Barry) would have to be the constant traffic turmoil is the glorious rubber necker.Today i was taking a trip down 495 and on the other side of the highway there was an accident.On the other side mind me.Hey, people what like you never seen an accident.Anyway traffic was backed up on the other side of the other side of the highway because of you damn rubber neckers.If i get in an accident because a rubber necker wants to see a everyday accident again i think i'm going to get out of my work truck and slap the holy living piss out of the rubber necker.You guys cause accidents and traffic jams and are a menace to the u.s. highway.Just go
